Aerobics, swimming, kayaking (sometimes swimming while kayaking),
mountain hiking, biking 25-50 miles a day - all on a cupful of
dry cereal and a handful of M&M's per day. If she doesn't improve her
diet, in another 25 years, she may not be able to keep up this pace.
In 2010, we both went to Master Gardeners school and became MGs. This involves a lot of volunteer work and continuing education in addition to our own yard work. |
